The CCS Group’s mission is to provide an integrated, comprehensive range of professional services to property investors and developers for Australian projects that range from simple town-house developments to the very large mixed use developments/subdivisions from project identification, through all stages of project delivery through to sales.

The company was founded in 1986 from providing building legal services. Over 31 years of growth, we have steadily developed into a group of 6 subsidiary companies.

CCS Construction:

      

The Design and Construct delivery method is becoming increasingly popular across CCS’s client base. We have developed specialist in house Design and Construct teams to ensure we can deliver value added solutions, particularly through the design phase of each project.

CCS’s Design and Construct approach seeks the best possible design alternatives and integrates buildability and construction issues to ensure the most efficient design solution possible. This translates to savings in time and cost without compromising the Architectural integrity of the project. The Design and Construct delivery method is also used as a risk mitigation tool for many clients.

Under the Design and Construct method, CCS Construction becomes responsible for co-ordination of the design between the various disciplines. This eliminates the possibility of variations during the construction phase as a result of conflicts in design documentation.

Michael is an Engineer Australia registered Mechanical Engineer with over 13 years of project and contract management experience in various industries focusing on turnkey solutions. His project experience covers Greenfield sites, both in the commercial and residential sectors and successfully drove better efficiency in design and delivery outcomes. Michael has been involved in several landmark projects in NSW such as the Watermark project in Pyrmont, World Square residential tower and the DLR datacentre in Erskine Park, Sydney.

Steve Wu

Steve is an experiencedarchitect with extensive knowledge and a track record to deliver efficient designs for a variety of commercial and residential projects both here locally and abroad. Steve has also been involved in several awards winning projects such as “St Patricks Estate” in Manly and “East Quarter” in Hurstville with project development cost ranging from $5M - $300M. His international success also extends to a wide range of commercial and residential development projects in Indonesia. CCSPHG engages Steve for high level review and advice on project design, management and improvement.

Sam Wilson

Sam is the Principal of CCS Legal. Sam has worked as an Engineer since 1971, for major contractors and consultants across a full spectrum of multi-disciplinary projects. Sam is a practising solicitor with legal and project delivery experience covering most aspects of building, construction, environmental and mining engineering. Sam assists in the resolution or determination of disputes as a Grade 1 arbitrator, a court appointed referee, an accredited Mediator and Adjudicator.

Allen Hsu

LLB, GDLP

Allen is a practising solicitor with experience in civil litigation, mediation, alternative dispute resolution and contracts. Since finishing his civil engineering degree he has obtained certifications in IT, developed trading companies in the USA and manufacturing in China. Allen has an acute sense of business acumen combined with his engineering and legal knowledge he is able to provide sensible commercial advice.

Andy is a Certified Practising Conveyancer, specialising in immigration, business law and property law. Andy also has a wide understanding of commercial transactions and fund management, both in Australia and overseas. Bilingual skills in Chinese and English, allow Andy to service specific client requirements, from non-English speaking backgrounds.

Rock Yan

Rock has over 20 years’ experience in sales, marketing, advertising and branding, with products across property, FMCG and automobile industries. He has held senior executive roles as the brand planning director in Saatchi & Saatchi and Eurorscg. Strategic thinking and coaching, to create a competitive brand, are his highly proven skills. CCSPHG engages Rock as a consultant to provide advice on strategic company/project branding, marketing strategies and planning.
