St Marys Plaza
St Marys Plaza is high-density, mixed-used, large-scale retail and residential project in which CCSPHG provided complex Development Management services including site acquisition, masterplanning and the lodgment of a Planning Proposal to increase the floor space ratio and height limit for the preferred scheme.
The Planning Proposal design includes for a true mixed use development of 700 residential dwellings designed to integrate and overlay a fully refurbished shopping centre and includes expansion of the site via use of the adjoining land.
Illawong Village
Illawong Village is an existing Shopping Centre asset to be converted into a large scale development. The proposed scheme incorporates the redevelopment of the shopping centre and inclusion of 150 residential dwellings over 7 storeys to form a truly integrated mixed use site.
CCS took on the role of Development Manager and successfully prepared the design concept and subsequent development application for the proposed scheme, which included complex negotiations with council and community stakeholder engagement.
The Mascot
A high-rise apartment building with 54 units and city views, the development incorporates built-in smart building automation technology, providing this development with cutting edge advantage.
CCSPHG carried out the role of Brand Strategist and have been involved with the branding strategy from the earliest stages of the development.
The Mascot's lifestyle imagery is also now part of a wider branding strategy for the developer and draws on the offer of prestige, quality, security and trust.
