Michael is a Mechanical Engineer, registered with Engineers Australia. He has more than 18 years of project and contract management experience in various industries.
Focusing on turnkey solutions, Michael drives design efficiency and delivery outcomes for both commercial and residential projects. Michael has been involved in several landmark projects in NSW, including the Watermark project in Pyrmont, World Square residential tower and the DLR datacentre in Erskine Park, Sydney
Martin Cork

Martin leads the Development Management and finance team at CCSPHG and brings over 30 years' experience in the property industry, starting in the construction of luxury houses and moving to multi-unit residential, industrial and commercial developments. Martin is also a licensed builder, giving him a keen understanding of design, construction and development when managing projects.
He has extensive experience, local knowledge and a wide network of contacts in the property development and finance industry.
Lawrance Ryko

Having worked in the building industry since 2002, Lawrance has a deep understanding of retail, commercial and residential development and construction, and has been heavily involved in the remedial and rectification side of the industry. He has delivered projects throughout Australia's East Coast, Hobart, Melbourne, Sydney, Adelaide, Brisbane and North Queensland.
Lawrance has worked on numerous master planning developments. He has a keen understanding of commercial considerations, management of complex and sensitive approvals, feasibility models and the full development lifecycle from project initiation to completion.
With strong and proven experience in Development Management and direct Project Management for blue chip, institutional and private clients on Australia's East Coast, Lawrance adds further strength to the CCS Property team to deliver the best outcomes for our clients.

During his building career, he has managed over 40 major projects, ranging from residential, industrial, recreational, public, infrastructural projects, to contaminated soil.

His international success also extends to a wide range of commercial and residential development projects in Indonesia.

Sam Wilson is a co-founder of CCS Property. As a qualified Civil Engineer and Solicitor for nearly 40 years for major contractors and government authorities, Sam has worked across a range of projects, including Sydney Olympic Park. He founded Construction & Contract Services Pty Ltd, "CCS", in 1991 primarily to provide legal support in the management of construction disputes.
Sam now practices as a Solicitor and is a Grade 1 Arbitrator, Court Appointed Referee, and accredited Mediator and Adjudicator in five jurisdictions. Besides legal specialties, Sam has particular expertise in risk identification and allocation.
Neil Turner

Neil has more than 35 years’ experience in the development, delivery and operation of major
construction and infrastructure projects in the public and private sectors. He has vast experience in
