Michael Jou


BE(Mech), ME(Mech), MIEAust, PMP

Michael is a Mechanical Engineer, registered with Engineers Australia. He has more than 18 years of project and contract management experience in various industries.

Focusing on turnkey solutions, Michael drives design efficiency and delivery outcomes for both commercial and residential projects. Michael has been involved in several landmark projects in NSW, including the Watermark project in Pyrmont, World Square residential tower and the DLR datacentre in Erskine Park, Sydney

Martin Cork

Development Manager

Adv Dip Building & Construction, Cert Building & Construction

Martin leads the Development Management and finance team at CCSPHG and brings over 30 years' experience in the property industry, starting in the construction of luxury houses and moving to multi-unit residential, industrial and commercial developments. Martin is also a licensed builder, giving him a keen understanding of design, construction and development when managing projects.

He has extensive experience, local knowledge and a wide network of contacts in the property development and finance industry.

Lawrance Ryko

Development Manager

B. Building Construction Management

Having worked in the building industry since 2002, Lawrance has a deep understanding of retail, commercial and residential development and construction, and has been heavily involved in the remedial and rectification side of the industry. He has delivered projects throughout Australia's East Coast, Hobart, Melbourne, Sydney, Adelaide, Brisbane and North Queensland.

Lawrance has worked on numerous master planning developments. He has a keen understanding of commercial considerations, management of complex and sensitive approvals, feasibility models and the full development lifecycle from project initiation to completion.

With strong and proven experience in Development Management and direct Project Management for blue chip, institutional and private clients on Australia's East Coast, Lawrance adds further strength to the CCS Property team to deliver the best outcomes for our clients.


Danny Josef

Construction Manager

BEng (Civil)

Danny is an award-winning Civil Construction Manager with 15 years' experience in the building industry. He successfully implemented QA to ISO 9001 programs in three different companies, and received Case Earth Awards for construction excellence. During his building career, he has managed over 40 major projects, ranging from residential, industrial, recreational, public, infrastructural projects, to contaminated soil.


Matthew Billing

Senior Project Manager

BSc, MSc, MRICS, GBCA Green Star Associate

Matthew is an experienced construction project, program and operations management professional, with extensive first-hand knowledge of the building and construction industry. Matthew has worked on a number of high-profile public and private projects, in the hospitality, commercial, residential, health, education and resource sectors. CCSPHG engages Matthew for project management advice and project superintendent roles.

Timothy Laing-Peach

Project Manager / Construction Manager

BEng (Civil)

Tim is an Engineers Australia registered Civil Engineer with over 8 years of structural engineering design experience. Tim delivers projects with an eye for design and technical detail. He brings experience in high-end and multi-storey residential, industrial and institutional developments, and commercial facilities and has worked throughout Australia and in New Zealand during the 2011 Christchurch Earthquake as part of the rescue and rebuilding efforts.

Randy Liang

Project Manager

B.Arch., M.Arch. Dip PM

Randy Liang is a qualified architect with extensive design experience in residential and hospitality projects. Randy has also been involved in design and project management of several awards winning projects such as “Putney Hill” and “Sails Resort” in Port Macquarie. CCSPHG engages Randy for project management advice. Bilingual skills in Chinese and English, allow Randy to service specific client requirements from offshore investors.

Shu Zou

Project Manager

BEng (M&E), MSc (Building), ICIOB, APM

Shu has 7 years' international work experience in project management; working across Australia, Italy, UK and China. Shu's roles have ranged from project management, development management and business development. With a skill set in residential, commercial, educational and industrial sectors, Shu's specialties cover feasibility studies, construction management, design management, procurement, contract management, sustainability, renewable energy, light-weight structure and pre-fabrication construction.

Ji Huang

Project Manager


Ji is an experienced Project Manager with expertise in all stages of the project lifecycle. Integral to the successful delivery of a significant portfolio of residential and mixed use developments. Ji brings extensive knowledge in building and construction with a focus on project planning, implementation, execution, monitoring and closing out. Ji's experience also includes supporting multiple projects with a proven ability in contract management and administration.


Steve Wu

Architectural Design Manager

BSc (Arch), BArch, M.Desc(Building), RAIA.

Steve is an experienced Architect with extensive knowledge and a track record of delivering efficient designs for a variety of commercial and residential projects both locally and abroad. Steve has been involved in several award winning projects such as “St Patrick's Estate” in Manly and “East Quarter” in Hurstville with project development cost ranging from $5M - $300M. His international success also extends to a wide range of commercial and residential development projects in Indonesia.
CCSPHG engages Steve for high-level review and advice on project design, management and improvement.


Sam Wilson


BEng BE, LLB(Hons), LLM, MblgSc, MBA, RFD, NM, FIEAust, MIAMA, CPEng

Sam Wilson is a co-founder of CCS Property. As a qualified Civil Engineer and Solicitor for nearly 40 years for major contractors and government authorities, Sam has worked across a range of projects, including Sydney Olympic Park. He founded Construction & Contract Services Pty Ltd, "CCS", in 1991 primarily to provide legal support in the management of construction disputes.
Sam now practices as a Solicitor and is a Grade 1 Arbitrator, Court Appointed Referee, and accredited Mediator and Adjudicator in five jurisdictions. Besides legal specialties, Sam has particular expertise in risk identification and allocation.

Neil Turner


AM, RFD, BE, MEngSc, LLM, FIEAust, CPEng

Neil has more than 35 years’ experience in the development, delivery and operation of major construction and infrastructure projects in the public and private sectors. He has vast experience in strategic and operational contract administration, as well as in alternative dispute resolution through adjudication, expert examination and arbitration. CCSPHG engages Neil as a consultant to provide advice on high-level contractual matters.

Andy Li

Andy is a Certified Practicing Conveyancer, specialising in Immigration, Business Law and Property Law. Andy also has a significant experience in commercial transactions and fund management, both in Australia and overseas. Bilingual skills in Chinese and English allow Andy to service specific clients from non-English speaking backgrounds.


Hao Liu

Hao is a Licensed Real Estate Agent, progressive thinker and multitalented professional with rich experience as a Sales Marketing Manager. He successfully provides a complete marketing service and program. As a Marketing Consultant, Hao has proven ability in building competitive business brands and new territories in marketing including penetration strategies.

Anna Zhang

Market Researcher

BA (Economics & Mathematics)

Anna provides market research in the property industry. She obtained marketing experience in property, banking and international trade prior to joining CCS Property. Her expertise includes researching competitors, potential new markets, business opportunities arising from new policies, and market trends. She has sound skills in both macroeconomic and microeconomic-level analysis.
